It's that time of year again!!! It's time for the City of Norfolk, VA to ring in Hampton Road's official start to summer with Harborfest! I have loved going to this event since I was a young child, there's absolutely nothing like it. There are so many wonderful events that we literally take advantage of the celebration the entire weekend. To me, there's nothing more beautiful to me than taking the ferry from Portsmouth into Norfolk and enjoying the festivities! If you live in the Hampton Roads area, I encourage you to take advantage of this weekend and have a blast. There's something for everyone to do and the fun is endless! The Parade of Sail starts at 12 noon today, which is a blast! You get to see all the ships sail into the city and it makes for some really spectacular pictures. Also, I must plug that Country Music Star Chris Cagle is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Sunday. It's gonna be a blast, I can't wait!!!!
